This Shipping Policy explains the pickup and shipping options available from Tool Resale, operated by Kings Tool Consignment LLC.

The free local-pickup option does not include shipping. Choose local pickup only if you will collect the order at our Bedford location.

Products eligible for shipping

Items that can be packaged and shipped safely may be eligible for shipment. Large, heavy, unusually shaped, or otherwise restricted items may be designated for local pickup only. The availability of shipping for a particular item will be stated on the product page or confirmed before shipment.

Shipping charges

Orders requiring shipment will not be shipped until all applicable shipping charges have been paid. A free local-pickup selection does not waive or include shipping charges.

Where we ship

We ship eligible items to addresses within the continental United States. We do not currently ship outside the continental United States.

Handling and delivery estimates

Eligible orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after the order and all shipping charges have been paid. Carrier delivery generally takes an additional 3–7 business days. These are estimates and may vary because of item size, destination, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
